Pamala Spivey was recommended by a few of our family members because they bought and sold property with her and Terri Daniel. Our experience with Terri has been great. As first-time homebuyers, we were blessed to have Terri work with us to assist us in every step of the way. She was available to show us several homes of our liking. During the process, she explained things that we would need to be aware of before placing an offer. She did not rush us to make an offer on any home. And when we finally found the home that we liked, she was present at all appointments – including some of the appointments in which we could not be present. She was very responsive to our phone calls and emails; flexible and available at different times of the day. She initiated a good number of the phone calls and emails – sending us documents and pictures of the property. She followed up with the listing agent and with us, regularly. We talked to her almost every day to get updates and she was very responsive. She was very helpful in explaining the home-buying process and in showing her interest in protecting us as first-time homebuyers (i.e., being aware of contingencies, etc.).
